FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN MORA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the department of environment :
                    
          A.  seven hundred thirty-two thousand three hundred fifteen dollars ($732,315)
for water and wastewater system replacement, expansion and improvements in the village of
Mora in Mora county; and

          B.  forty-five thousand nine hundred dollars ($45,900) for water line extensions,
meters, a well house and an office and storage building for the Buena Vista mutual water

consumer association in Mora county.
