FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR HEAD START PROGRAMS IN RIO ARRIBA
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration department:

          A.  two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to
design, construct and equip a building for the Mesa Vista head
start program in Rio Arriba county; and

          B.  one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to

purchase buses for the Mesa Vista head start program in Rio
Arriba county.
