TO COMPLETE PHASE TWO OF THE ELECTRIFICATION PROJECT IN THE
COMMUNITY OF WHITE ROCK IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    two hundred ninety thousand dollars ($290,000) to
          complete phase two of the electrification project in
          the community of White Rock in McKinley county,
          including archaeological clearance, environmental
          assessment and necessary right-of-way survey.
