FOR A COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLEX IN TIERRA AMARILLA IN RIO
ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    seventy-two thousand five hundred dollars ($72,500) to
          plan and design a county administrative complex in
          Tierra Amarilla in Rio Arriba county.
