FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR A WATER PROJECT IN RIO ARRIBA
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the department of environment:

                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for phase
          three of the construction and improvement of the Agua
          Sana regional water system in Rio Arriba county.
