FOR THE CAPITAN MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS LOCATED IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
          
          A.  thirty-six thousand dollars ($36,000) for the
remodeling of a wing of the Capitan elementary school located in
Lincoln county;

          B.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the renovation of
the Traylor gym of Capitan municipal schools located in Lincoln
county; and

          C.  thirty-two thousand dollars ($32,000) for the purchase
of a student activity vehicle for the Capitan municipal schools
located in Lincoln county.
