FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS, STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND THE
PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF A SWIMMING POOL LOCATED IN
LINCOLN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
          A.  six hundred twelve thousand nine hundred ninety
dollars ($612,990) for improvements to the municipal building in
Lincoln county; and

          B.  one hundred fourteen thousand two hundred eighty
dollars ($114,280) for the plan, design and construction of a
swimming pool located in Lincoln county; and

                    to the state highway and transportation department:

                    one hundred ninety-six thousand nine hundred dollars
          ($196,900) for street improvements in Lincoln county.
