FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

          A.  six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($650,000) to
renovate the Las Cruces museum of fine arts in Dona Ana county; and

          B.  two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000)
to complete the soup kitchen, medical clinic, transitional living
facility and office of the homeless facility and to begin

construction of a daycare facility, a food and clothing bank and an
education, counseling and job training facility in Las Cruces in Dona
Ana county.
