REAUTHORIZATION; EXTENDING THE EXPENDITURE PERIOD OF A SEVERANCE
TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR THE EL CAMINO REAL STATE MONUMENT IN
SOCORRO COUNTY.

     
     The period of time in which the severance tax bond
appropriation made pursuant to Subsection A of Section 3 of
Chapter 4 of Laws 1996 (S.S.) to construct El Camino Real state
monument for the museum of New Mexico in Socorro county may be
expended shall be extended through fiscal year 2002.  Any
unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining after fiscal year
2002 shall revert to the severance tax bonding fund.
