FOR A WATER LINE EXTENSION AND THE PURCHASE OF A WATER STORAGE TANK.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the department of environment:

          A.  one hundred seventy-one thousand dollars ($171,000)
for the purchase and installation of a water line extension in
Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county; and

          B.  one hundred seventy-eight thousand dollars ($178,000)
for the purchase and installation of a water storage tank in Ruidoso
Downs in Lincoln county.
