FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT TESUQUE PUEBLO IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
          A.  three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and develop an
education department building, an elementary school and a head start center at Tesuque pueblo
in Santa Fe county;

          B.  two hundred ten thousand dollars ($210,000) to plan, design and develop an
administration building at Tesuque pueblo in Santa Fe county; and

          C.  one hundred sixty-eight thousand dollars ($168,000) to plan, design and
develop a health and wellness center at Tesuque pueblo in Santa Fe county.
