FOR PAVING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PENASCO INDEPENDENT
SCHOOLS IN TAOS COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
          
                    one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) for
          paving and drainage improvements to the Penasco
          independent schools in Taos county.
