TO ACQUIRE A COMMUNITY CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    one million dollars ($1,000,000) to acquire a community
          center at the corner of Morris and Candelaria in
          Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.  This appropriation
          is contingent upon an equal match from the city of
