FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT RIO ARRIBA SCHOOLS.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
          
          A.  sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) to complete a district-wide master plan
for the Jemez Mountain school district in Rio Arriba county; and

          B.  twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to plan, design or construct a baseball
field at Coyote elementary school in Rio  Arriba county.
