FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    thirty-nine thousand dollars ($39,000) for an
          environmental assessment, archeological study and
          survey of county road 280 between county road 279 and
          state road 197 in Sandoval county; and

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

                    seventy-one thousand dollars ($71,000) to provide solar
          electricity to households in the Torreon-Starlake
          chapter that do not have access to an existing power
          grid in Sandoval county.
