REAUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION TO PLAN AND DESIGN A SWIMMING POOL FOR THE
LOS PADILLAS AREA IN THE SOUTH VALLEY IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     
     The appropriation of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to the state department of public
education pursuant to Subsection JJ of Section 33 of Chapter 222 of Laws 1995 for a study or
plan of a Polk middle school swimming pool is reauthorized and the money is appropriated to
the local government division of the department of finance and administration for planning and
designing a swimming pool for the Los Padillas area in the south valley in Bernalillo county.
