FOR A MULTIPURPOSE CENTER IN RED RIVER IN TAOS COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
     
                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a
          multipurpose center in Red River in Taos county.
