FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN MEXICAN SPRINGS IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state agency on aging:
          
                    three hundred twenty thousand dollars ($320,000) to plan, design or construct a
          senior citizen center in Mexican Springs in McKinley county;

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
     
                    eighty-eight thousand dollars ($88,000) to renovate the head start facility in
          Mexican Springs in McKinley county; and

                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to upgrade Deer Springs road in
          Mexican Springs in McKinley county.
