FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS STATEWIDE.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the public school capital improvements fund:
          
                    seven million one hundred eighty thousand five hundred dollars ($7,180,500) to
          fund state guaranteed distributions based on thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per
          program unit pursuant to the Public School Capital Improvements Act; and

                    to the public school capital outlay fund:
     
                    forty million dollars ($40,000,000) to make grants for school district critical
