FOR A GYMNASIUM FOR MESA VISTA SCHOOLS IN RIO ARRIBA AND TAOS COUNTIES.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
          
                    four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to construct a gymnasium for the
          Mesa Vista consolidated schools in Rio Arriba and Taos counties.
