REAUTHORIZATION; EXPANDING THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND
APPROPRIATION FOR A GROUP HOME IN TOHATCHI IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     
     The balance of severance tax bonds authorized pursuant to Subsection B of Section 9 of
Chapter 4 of Laws 1996 (1st S. S.) for a group home for disabled senior citizens at Tohatchi shall
not be expended for its original purpose but is reauthorized and appropriated to the New
Mexico office of Indian affairs to plan, design or construct a group home for disabled citizens at
Tohatchi located in McKinley county.
