     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the interstate stream commission:
          
                    forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to replace the diversion dam and headgate at
          the rio Santa Barbara in Hodges for the Acequias de Chamisal y Ojito in Taos
          county.
