FOR ESPANOLA CAPITAL PROJECTS IN RIO ARRIBA AND SANTA FE COUNTIES.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to enclose the outdoor swimming
          pool at the Espanola therapy center in Rio Arriba county; and

                    to the department of environment:
     
          A.  three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for a wastewater treatment plant
expansion study in Espanola in Rio Arriba and Santa Fe counties; and

treatment system in Espanola in Rio Arriba and Santa Fe counties.
