FOR A GAS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IN RIO CHAMA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to conduct a study and perform
          engineering work to extend a gas distribution system for the Rio Chama valley
          and surrounding communities in Rio Arriba county.
