FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MUSEUM AT FORT SELDEN STATE MONUMENT IN
DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the office of cultural affairs:

                    one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to plan an addition to and
          provide for the preservation of the Fort Selden ruins and to procure exhibits
          honoring the Buffalo soldiers in Dona Ana county.
