FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT COMANCHE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND ARROYO DEL
OSO PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
          
                    two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct a
          combined-use cafeteria and community center at Comanche elementary school in
          Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to renovate the Arroyo del Oso
          park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
