FOR RECREATION PROJECTS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 21 IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to complete installation of a
          water slide and other improvements at Los Altos pool in Albuquerque in
          Bernalillo county; and

                    to the state department of public education:

          to Grant middle school park and center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo.
