FOR AN OVERNIGHT FAMILY VISITATION CENTER AT THE NEW MEXICO WOMEN'S
CORRECTIONAL FACILITY IN GRANTS LOCATED IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the capital program fund:
          
                    thirty-eight thousand dollars ($38,000) to continue planning, designing and
          constructing an all-purpose overnight family visitation center for children and
          their inmate mothers at the New Mexico women's correctional facility in Grants
          located in Cibola county.
