FOR DEVELOPING A MULTIPURPOSE JUVENILE CORRECTION FACILITY IN SAN JUAN
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to develop a multipurpose juvenile
          correction facility in San Juan county.
