FOR ADOBE ACRES STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
                    
                    seven hundred sixty-four thousand four hundred dollars ($764,400) for phase B
          storm drainage improvements at Adobe Acres in Bernalillo county; provided that
          this appropriation is contingent on a match of one million two hundred twenty-
          one thousand six hundred dollars ($1,221,600) by the metropolitan arroyo flood
          control authority from sources other than the state.
