FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SOUTHERN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:

                    one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to surface and improve one mile
          of Delara Estates drive in Dona Ana county;
     
                    to the state department of public education:

                    three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to construct improvements to and
          equip and furnish Chaparral elementary school in Dona Ana county; and

                    to the department of environment:

                    seventy-nine thousand dollars ($79,000) to design, inspect and construct water
          system improvements in the Mountain View community of southern Dona Ana
          county.
