FOR PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS AT CARROLL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN SANDOVAL 
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state department of public education:

                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for playground improvements at
          Carroll elementary school in Bernalillo in Sandoval county.
