FOR A NEW BOOKMOBILE TO SERVE EIGHT COUNTIES IN EASTERN NEW MEXICO.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the office of cultural affairs:

                    one hundred thirty-five thousand dollars ($135,000) to acquire a bookmobile to
          serve Chaves, Curry, Eddy, Guadalupe, Harding, Lincoln, Roosevelt and Quay
          counties.
