FOR A LIBRARY AND STUDENT CENTER ADDITION AT SAN JUAN COLLEGE IN FARMINGTON
IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the governing board of San Juan college:

                    one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to design and construct a library
          and student center addition, including site development, at San Juan college in
          Farmington located in San Juan county.
