0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A LIBRARY PROJECT.

0013|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0014|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred thousand dollars
    |
0015|     ($500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office
    |
0016|     of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0017|     the purpose of continuing a Native American library project. 
    |
0018|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
