0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO INCREASE SALARY LEVELS FOR CERTAIN

0012|     JUDICIAL EMPLOYEES.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One million three hundred
    |
0016|     thousand two hundred dollars ($1,300,200) is appropriated from
    |
0017|     the general fund to the administrative office of the courts
    |
0018|     for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of
    |
0019|     providing an average six percent salary increase for all
    |
0020|     judicial personnel except for judges, child support hearing
    |
0021|     officers and special commissioners on the employee's
    |
0022|     anniversary date.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0023|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
0024|     general fund.
