APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand | 0015| dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to | 0016| the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in | 0017| fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of creating quarterly state- | 0018| tribal legal institutes to discuss and identify possible | 0019| solutions to outstanding issues of concern to both the state | 0020| and Indian nations, tribes or pueblos located in New Mexico. | 0021| Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of | 0022| fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund. | 0023| .122430.1 |
