0011|     REVERTING THE BALANCE OF THE FISCAL YEAR 1998 APPROPRIATION TO

0012|     THE OFFICE OF THE NATURAL RESOURCES TRUSTEE TO THE GENERAL

0013|     FUND; REPEALING SECTIONS OF THE NMSA 1978; DECLARING AN
    |
0014|     EMERGENCY.

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0017|          Section 1.  REVERSION OF FUNDS.--The balance of the
    |
0018|     fiscal year 1998 appropriation to the office of the natural
    |
0019|     resources trustee is reverted to the general fund on the
    |
0020|     effective date of this section.
    |
0021|          Section 2.  REPEAL.--Sections 75-7-1 through 75-7-5 NMSA
    |
0022|     1978 (being Laws 1993, Chapter 292, Sections 1 through 5) are
    |
0023|     repealed.
    |
0024|          Section 3.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0025|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.
