      Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                            SENATE BILL 328
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT
  RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, line 23, after "means", strike the remainder of
  the line, strike all of lines 24 and 25 and insert in lieu thereof "a
  tribal-state class III gaming compact entered into between a tribe
  and the state pursuant to the federal Indian Gaming Regulatory Act
  and including any separate agreements ancillary to that compact;".
  
      2.  On page 2, strike lines 1 through 4 in their entirety.
