0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO LATIN

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred ninety-five
    |
0017|     thousand eleven dollars ($195,011) is appropriated from the
    |
0018|     general fund to the board of regents of the university of New
    |
0019|     Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of
    |
0020|     funding the Latin American institute office of international
    |
0021|     technical cooperation.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0022|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
0023|     general fund.
