0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LATINO LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

0012|     PROGRAM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-seven thousand three
    |
0016|     hundred eighty dollars ($27,380) is appropriated from the
    |
0017|     general fund to the board of regents of the university of New
    |
0018|     Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of
    |
0019|     funding the Latino leadership opportunity program that offers
    |
0020|     special training for college students in the area of public
    |
0021|     policy to serve the Latino community and the larger society. 
    |
0022|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0023|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
