0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR SUPPORT PERSONNEL, SUPPLIES AND

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand four
    |
0017|     hundred dollars ($100,400) is appropriated from the general
    |
0018|     fund to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands
    |
0019|     university for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose
    |
0020|     of hiring support personnel, reproducing needed materials and
    |
0021|     related expenses to administer the new four skills examination
    |
0022|     for bilingual endorsement to certify proficiency in the
    |
0023|     Spanish language.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0024|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
0025|     general fund.
