0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A MIDDLE RIO GRANDE BOSQUE

0012|     COOPERATIVE FIRE PREVENTION PROGRAM.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-two thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($82,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     forestry division of the energy, minerals and natural
    |
0018|     resources department for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0019|     the purpose of paying for two crews from the inmate work camp
    |
0020|     program for a middle Rio Grande bosque cooperative program
    |
0021|     dedicated to cleanup and fire prevention between Cochiti dam
    |
0022|     and the headwaters of Elephant Butte reservoir.  Any
    |
0023|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0024|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
