0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0019|     the purpose of providing emergency services support for Sierra
    |
0020|     Vista hospital located in Truth or Consequences in Sierra
    |
0021|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0022|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
