0011|     MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO PROVIDE STAFF FOR EACH HOUSE AND

0012|     SENATE LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATIONS.--
    |
0016|               A.  Seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) is
    |
0017|     appropriated from the general fund to the legislative council
    |
0018|     service for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 to provide staff
    |
0019|     for each house district.
    |
0020|               B.  Six hundred thirty thousand dollars ($630,000)
    |
0021|     is appropriated from the general fund to the legislative
    |
0022|     council service for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 to provide
    |
0023|     staff for each senate district.
    |
0024|               C.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance of the
    |
0025|     appropriations in this section remaining at the end of fiscal
    |
