APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred twenty thousand dollars ($320,000) is | 0015| appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of | 0016| finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 to undertake a feasibility | 0017| study to plan or design flood control measures in the Coyote Canyon area in McKinley | 0018| county.
