0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY.

0013|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0014|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred twenty thousand dollars ($320,000) is
    |
0015|     appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of
    |
0016|     finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 to undertake a feasibility
    |
0017|     study to plan or design flood control measures in the Coyote Canyon area in McKinley
    |
0018|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year
    |
0019|     1999 shall revert to the general fund.
