0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO A SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION PROGRAM

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) is appropriated
    |
0016|     from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 to
    |
0017|     offer services through a substance abuse prevention and education program to at-risk
    |
0018|     children in Lea county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
