0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is
    |
0017|     appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of
    |
0018|     finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of providing
    |
0019|     operating expenses for Mora county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0020|     at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
