0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TO

0012|     SUPPORT A MARIACHI ENSEMBLE, MARIACHI LOBO.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Thirty-one thousand two
    |
0016|     hundred sixty-five dollars ($31,265) is appropriated from the
    |
0017|     general fund to the board of regents of the university of New
    |
0018|     Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 to support and
    |
0019|     provide scholarships for a mariachi ensemble, Mariachi Lobo. 
    |
0020|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
