0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF SAN JUAN

0012|     COLLEGE FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING AND OPERATING A CENTER FOR

0013|     EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES AT SAN JUAN COLLEGE.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seventeen
    |
0017|     thousand two hundred dollars ($117,200) is appropriated from
    |
0018|     the general fund to the governing board of San Juan college
    |
0019|     for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of
    |
0020|     creating and operating a center for educational technologies
    |
0021|     at San Juan college in San Juan county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0022|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0023|     shall revert to the general fund.
